Not to Rush anyone trying to resolve the issue but i was wondering if there is an estimated time for when the constant crashing on all game-modes and the translucent red shop background for the mac would be fixed so i can hop back on the rift and play!!

My computer wanted some updates installed, so I did them then loaded up the client and bam it froze. I restarted my computer and again like the first time, the client took longer to launch, then after I sign in, my computer freezes. I can't move my mouse, open task manager, or anything. It keeps doing it whenever I load the game but works fine if I don't have it open.
