None of the champion icons that allow you to select a champion loaded during champ select so I was literally forced to dodge. In the picture I had graves typed in (who I have) but none of the other champions were there either. I also couldn't see who was banned or selected by the other players.

Since opening the client I had started looking for a twisted treeline game, waited a bit, accidentally picked summoners rift blind pick then switched to draft pick where the issue occurred.
