Launcher Difficulties

My launcher is having some trouble it works and pops up in the window, but the size of the frame inside is larger than the size of the launcher window so it cuts off a good portion of my launcher. How do I fix this, and I'm linking a picture because I'm not sure I have explained this very well. Thanks you for any help to solve this issue.
