I reported a bug since 3 months ago ,when client where in PBE

So i reported a bug on masteries even writed to riot support ,and i come back on this game and join it again , to see the same bug there ... from the implent of the client , so how the hell to modify my masteries when i just can't either i put all my 5 points in a masteries skill either i chose the other masteries from same level , can't place 3 points in wanderer and 2 in savagery for exemple , so i am stuck with my masteries pages ... which isn't' acceptable !

please tell me why i can't put these after points and not after chosed skill , dosn't let me modify it as i want ... and it never had been limited as this ! , you should be able to decide what you want and how strong that masteries to be ... maybe you need both ...

I use my scoll wheel and it works fine

Shift click to put in points incrementally and not all 5 at once.

It is on the mastery tooltips when you hover over them I believe.
