Cannot choose Bard in Champion Selection!

I just unlocked Bard but he is not able to be selected after I join a queue. He shows up on my list of champions, but I cannot select him, he is greyed out. I logged out and logged back in and same thing. Has anyone else had this problem? It doesnt say anywhere that he is being debugged or something so why cant I choose him!?!? Im devastated :(

there is a bug where if he ulted the second turret while the 1st turret is about to be destroy it would make that second turret invulnerable to attacks thus not being able to take it down. its been like this for a couple of days now.

I said this in another thread and i just want to keep saying it.

Bard wondered out of lane and just hasnt come back yet. i think the meeps have some good stuff in the jungle.
