When I was playing Kindred, with the Shadowfire skin, I discovered that after I completed a hunt on Kalista while I was dead, because my classic skin Rakan killed her, I was able to hunt the Kalista again. This only occured if I died before the hunted target did. I was also able to hunt the Reindeer Kog'Maw again after death. Is this a bug or a new 
strat

My friend was playing kindred vs bots since we didn't have enough time for a real game. I can confirm that (using classic skin) they were able to hunt the WW bot multiple times without it going on CD. After 3 hunts it went on CD properly.
Does not appear to be skin or champ related.
I've had a similar bug on multiple occasions where after collecting a hunt, that particular champion didn't go on cooldown. I can't find any rhyme or reason to it though. My best theory was that if you collect while dead you can hunt again, but I've had it go on cooldown in that situation as well, so I'm not sure.
I don't think it's a bug.If you have 3 hunts remaining and complete one the one you just completed won't go on cd right?It's because there are few targets and the game doesn't want to "corner" you most likely.
Example: You can hunt Yi/Xin/Yas.You just killed Yi.After that, he does not go on cd and you can hunt him again.
