Crafting Disappearing

So basically, when ever i try to permanently craft something, when i do it, the item disappears after i had wasted blue essence or orange essence. Such as what happened today, i tried to upgrade my Udyr to level 7, and when i did, it wouldn't say i was level 7, but i had wasted my blue essence This has happened for a few weeks now as i thought it would come back sooner or later. that is happening to me the same. I spend in champions and skin and in the Purchase History says that I bought but when I go to collection dont appear neither does it let me pick the champion select.
