Need a little Riot feedback

A.The in-game timer on friends list, never goes below 200 minutes can we please get a hot fix so that we can get an actual time like we used to.

B. Why did it take so long to get to the quinn bugs, i'm a quinn main and i've had to deal with these bugs since release and they've killed me, having me vault into the enemy team and the blind blocking the basics like they should. Why did something so game breaking take so long to get to.

Bugs make Valor sad
