Abandoned Queue

It's now happened to me a few times. I will be in champion select, and the countdown for player infront of me will go from twenty nine seconds to zero and freeze. It does not proceed to allow me to take my turn and select my champion. It instead exits the champion select queue. When I go back to re-queue up and find a game I have to wait the 5-minutes before I can re-queue because the game believes I abandoned the previous game.

After waiting the 5 minutes ..I then can play normally, but after this happens I noticed I am not able to exit the game (clicking the X on top right corner of window) .. I click, and it does nothing. I have to ctrl+alt+delete and end the LoL process or right click quick window tab at bottom and quit it from there.

This doesn't happen all the time, but it is annoying when it does.. Especially while having to wait extra time to play. Hopefully yall can fix it ;)

Disabled Ban button just happened again.. twice.. so now i'm on a 30 minute queue wait. I went through 10-15 minutes of people not selecting a champ or leaving a champ queue. I then get first ban, and my ban button isn't highlighted. I am still able to click around on icons but hear the button/link click sounds but no actions. I cannot exit.. only way is to taskmanager/end process. I will seriously pay money on top of all the RP and merchandise i've bought.. at this point to not have this happen again. will screen shots or video recordings help explain this better RIOT? I'm thinking I'll do that if it happens again. .. since i'm on a 30 minute ban i'm going to play something else.
