[CLIENT] User is removed from solo queue when someone not in premade declines/afks

When I solo queue on ranked, I've noticed that every once in awhile the game will remove me from the queue and say I declined a game when I didn't (someone else did). This usually isn't a problem, but since I'm stuck in the low priority queue, that means I have to wait again to re-enter queue when I was removed due to some kind of bug. It doesn't happen often, maybe one out of 6-7 times, but it's enough of an issue now that I'd like to report it.
