Devourer Stacks Bug

Hi. Today while playing Fizz (jungle) I got my devourer and it said that it had 480 stacks. This has happened before and other bizarre stack numbers are 360, 700 ,and 850. It doesn't actually do that said amount until you get a stack. Just a display bug (?) that is funky. It looks like I'm the only person to have this problem ,and I just reinstalled LoL so it's not that the files are corrupt or anything. Anyways, GLHF on The Rift!

The number that shows up when you first get devourer is the smite damage, then when you kill a camp, it turns to the number of stacks you own.
