Faded minion health bars bug in some games (making it difficult for me to cs)

i've posted proof of faded minion health bars, faded minion aggro, faded wards. i have a gtx 765m and i've been playing league for 2 seasons. i didnt have a problem with csing until now. some games as shown in the link above, the minion health bar among other things becomes faded and it makes it very hard for me to last hit. a response to this by a riot member would be appreciated. i cannot play ranked until this is fixed.
