[GAMEPLAY] Game enters slow motion as soon as i enter a brush (Rengar)

As the game was in the loading screen my PC crashed and restarted (happens sometimes for no apparent reason), i let it boot up and i reconnected to the game, everything seemed normal until i got to and entered the brush at the blue buff camp, everything slowed down ( to about half the normal speed) from that point on. I tried to reconnect to fix it but it happened again, this time at a different brush, then i tried to restart the client completely, but it happened again at a different brush.

So to put it in steps:

1. PC crash and restart
2. Connect to the game
3. Enter bush
4. Game enters slow motion

I'm sorry for the lack of footage but i do not have any screen capturing programs.

[EDIT] - After the game ended and as i was writing this the client restarted itself (i use the new client beta)
