Lueage of Legends capsule stuck on claim now

Hello guys, So maybe about 2 months ago I activated amazon prime and twitch prime and I claimed the first capsule, but after some time twitch/amazon prime expired, so I activated a new one with Edu mail (new account) and that account I created maybe 9 days ago and activated amazon and twitch prime, but I can't claim the capsule, neither the first one nor second (for the second one it says that I can receive it 30 days after the first claim). But I can't claim even the first one, it's stuck on loading, can you please fix this problem? I contacted amazon prime and riot game support and they both directed me to twitch, but twitch won't answer me, I send them ticket 9 days ago and still nothing, for a big company that is really embarrassing. They should quit the partnership with them since they do not care... Nvm, I'm still in contact with riot support and in the last mail they said that I should try to create a new account and claim the first capsule then unlink that account and return to the main, but that did not help because even when I linked the new account, I can't claim the first capsule.
I know that Riot can't do anything here, that's why I'm talking to you now, did you have this problem too, and how did you fix it? I do not have an Amazon Household. I really need your help guys.
