Unable to leave fountain at beginning of game, i relog and get leaver buster

Heres what happens in few words...

I enter a match, doesn't matter which, ranked or not, solo or party... as the loading screen goes away and i spawn at the fountain, I am unable to come out of it... as if there is an invisible wall around the fountain that restricts only me from exiting...

flashing through it doesn't work Pressing B to recall does nothing, it recalls me, but i am still unable to leave the fountain area... Thresh gave me lantern to pull me out, i was able to come out but as soon as i did, my character auto-runs back into fountain and again i am unable to leave...

the only way i found to solve this is restarting the game entirely and re-entering match... only problem with that is, today i got leaver buster penalty because of it, even though i re-entered, played and WON with my team.. (no it wasn't just my team that won, i played, caught up, and contributed)

any thoughts?... it REALLY sucks i have leaver buster now, but more importantly i do not want this to keep happening...
