[GAMEPLAY] Visual Bug on Syndra's Ult, Cooldown Indicator

A few times when I have been playing Syndra, after using her Ult, I get a bug where the timer on the cooldown indicator does not display properly. It shows the correct amount of time until the CD is up again in numerals, but it does not correctly show the visual effect where the CD becomes gradually more and more lit up in a clockwise motion until it is ready again. Instead, it sits visually as if the ultimate had just been used, until the spells CD is up again.
