Cursor jumps to top of screen when lvl up skill

When I use the mouse to lvl up a skill by clicking the upgrade button during a game, my cursor jumps to the top of my screen and doesn't upgrade the skill. (After a couple of attempts it works) This sometimes happens which clicking on the shop button on my HUD as well. This then means the screen starts moving upwards quickly as the mouse it at the top. Anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: Noticed it happens when I click and drag on the bottom third of the screen. If I click the mouse perfectly stationary it is fine, but if it moves even slightly it will jump to the top of the screen,
