(gameplay) rumble can't use E

Although it was added a few patches back, Rumble no long has the ability to use his E while overheated. I assume this is a bug because the wiki still says he is able to use his E and no patch notes since have mentioned taking away that ability while overheated

Not quite. If Rumble has two stacks of E ready and say 90 heat, the first E puts him into Overheat, and he can still cast the second E for a period of time, just like the old Rumble. He can't just cast it while in overheat.
