Error unlocking from snowdown shop [CLIENT]

So in my snowdown shop I have been offered Vandal Jax with 70% off for a total of 156RP as I have already got the champion. As I love Jax and do not have a skin for him I topped up my account with sufficient RP and navigated to my snowdown shop to by the skin. After clicking unlock I received this error:

Error: We encountered an error handling your request. Give it another shot.

Following these instructions I tried and it continues to give me the same error. To check it wasn't my client I tried getting another deal in my snowdown shop for headhunter Akali which worked. Could I please have some help on my inability to purchase Vandal Jax. Thanks in advance!

Normally what would be causing an error like this would be because the skin you are trying to purchase is currently on sale. However, Vandal Jax is not on sale and is not scheduled to be on sale until the 28th, so I have no idea what could be causing this. I think your best bet would be to submit a support ticket and try to work with Support to resolve this issue.

You have to buy the champion first and then the Sale Skin in the Snowdown.
