(GAMEPLAY) Rek'Sai skills was blocked and i cant fix this
Skills was bloked when i die. even with mouse i cant use them. i tried to fix with key commands but not worked. Pls Help me

relaunch client. if you are in game, you have 5 minutes to rejoin.
I had this problem as well. I've had it with one other champ, but Rek'Sai was most recent. I had to restart my laptop because no matter how many times I dc'd and came back it didn't work. Tried setting my hot keys back to default with no luck either. So I just restarted my laptop which seemed to fix it. Unfortunately our team had lost that game :/
