Kalista (Locked)

I'm sure many people who made it past the login queues are wondering why Kalista is still locked. Is this just temporary or will she be unlocked shortly after the login queue problems and other issues have been resolved?

They said every piece of 4.20 would be released. So she should be out. It is showing locked for me too, so we probably have to wait a few minutes.

My question is this: Is the new Skarner skin available?

Patch 4.20 was released early in NA.
Content get released in all regions at roughly the same time.

New Champions and skins get released during the patch cycle. In this case, Kalista and new skins will be released at some point between November 20th and December 3rd.

she was showing locked for me, but then i get into champ select and the other team has one. I have no idea whats going on.
