High ping For No Reason Just sudenly Started anD Won't Stop

just wake up to play some games! and im getting stayble 200 ping yeah stayble its like im playing on na cuz that the ping i get when i try it and i tryed evrything ! my internet is fast and everything is working fine ! other games are fine too but only league . i tried reseting my router and i even reinstalled league to no sulotion i get 200 ping it won't get up or go down its like the servers are far and the game thinks im suposed to be there or something and after that i tried hextech repair tool and reforce patch and now the game won't even start and stuck in recoonect in the client ! plz if anyone can help im listening i just wnna play and i did go to the logs of ping its was testing ping to this server 172.217.17.132 and when i google it this server is in usa and the result was 200 ping ! i mean why it test in usa if im playing in euw ... thats all send help plz [zombie-brand-mindblown]
