[GAMEPLAY] Vi Gets Locked Into Her Q Animation When Rooted

Hi, Vi main here, moderator of r/ViMains. I don't post here on the boards, but I wanted to raise awareness of this bug so hopefully it can be fixed.

Currently, if you begin charging your Q, and you become rooted, you'll be locked into your Q animation (being slowed and unable to attack/use abilities/items other than summoner spells) until your Q would normally timeout. You also can't even use your 2nd cast of your Q once the root ends, so you're literally just locked into it.

This didn't seem to be an issue prior to this season. Normally Vi would have her Q go on CD the moment she was hit with CC, however that is not the case anymore. I've also had this issue happen with Morgana's Ult, which means it might not just be exclusive to roots.
