6.15 bug?

ok so when i go to select the button that takes you to your notifications, it wont work, as well with the chat and groups page. Also the Start button is red, i asked my friend if his was like that too and he said no. very confused maybe didnt patch right? latest patch was 6.15. any ideas? Thanks. Memelord1243 (Edit) - oh yea and the login screen doesnt show the project ashe animation, just all black.
