Client becomes unresponsive in champ select if I alt-tab to browser and use any site with flash

This has been happening to me recently...about 2 weeks now...my client will freeze in champ select if I alt tab and use any site that uses flash. I cannot do anything to get it to become responsive again. My only option is to delete via task manager (Windows 7 x64) and re-login. When this happens I am in lobby even though the champion select will continue to happen. I know this because the people I duo with tell me they are still in champ select. At this point if I have already selected my champ it will SOMETIMES go into the game but sometimes it will give me a dodge...not really sure how that part works...seems random.

I concur with the bug. I've experienced it multiple times while in champ select for ranked. Its also has only affected me this most recent patch(6.3). But its the exact same experience as described above. Getting particularly frustrating since I now get saddle with a 30 min que ban time penalty on top of the 10lp loss.
