Whats the problem? I got S for Nasus but did not get any rewards whatsoever. I own the champ and last season got S too for him and got everything I'm supposed to get for S rank. Now I got nothing. Same happened with another champ month ago. Pls fix this bug because it's friggin annoying if you play well and dont get the chest because thats the only way poor players like me can get skins...
Kalikain1 votesThere are criteria in order to get chests. I.E. You can only get 4 chests in 7 days, also you cant get a chest more than once per champ.

TheLastShadow451 votesCheck your profile to make sure you have a chest charge. You can store up to four in total and earn them at a rate of one per seven days.

Got S with garen but didnt get chest but I just got chest for Zilean so that used the charge and now I have to wait 7 days to get another chest. Is this some new tweak because last season I think you just got a chest if you got an S.

This makes it sound like every seven days you can get four chest, which is untrue. It's one chest charge per seven days.
