Got S rank, did not get hextech crate or borders to show that I got S. 2nd time this has happened...

Whats the problem? I got S for Nasus but did not get any rewards whatsoever. I own the champ and last season got S too for him and got everything I'm supposed to get for S rank. Now I got nothing. Same happened with another champ month ago. Pls fix this bug because it's friggin annoying if you play well and dont get the chest because thats the only way poor players like me can get skins...
