Disconnect (Freeze) from Champion Select

I have a problem where champion select will "freeze", and I can't see any champion picks, yet I can still see chat. This obviously leads me to dodging unintentionally, as I cant pick a champion. I have tried every fix under the sun I could find on the forums, and have reinstalled twice. Any help will be appreciated.

This happends to me atleast once a day, sometimes more... you would think they would be able to fix this problem with their 400 billion dollars but no, they ignore us, this is getting out of hand and would really like to get some help...

Just made a thread about this. Will riot do anything? Probably not. They dun care anymore. We're not pros, so why should they?
