[CLIENT] Club leaders can continually report in after lobby

When you report someone in the after game lobby the 3rd menu item becomes disabled (which is usually the "Report Player" option) and along with the ! mark. However when you are a club leader the new menu item of "Invite to Club" exists making the "Report Player" the 4th option and thus never getting disabled. I can report someone 999x because of this.
