(Gameplay) Lunar Eclipse Leona E (Zenith Blade) delay

I only play Leona and recently purchased the Legendary, "Lunar Eclipse" Leona but have found that his E animation is much slower than the original. As somebody who mains Leona, I am disappointed that this beautiful skin has a slightly longer delay when using her E (zenith blade). Is this flaw going to be fixed? Very disappointed as this legendary skin causes a disadvantage.
