I've been mashing Azir in the Gold queue recently and noticed a few things: 1- Emperor's Trampoline ~ Enemy champions are bouncing on the soldiers. I've crashed enemies into walls and had them bounce on the soldiers twice before bouncing out. Thresh Flay has trampolined enemies over the soldiers.
2- Emperor's Idontevenknowanymore ~ I've bounced J4 out of cataclysm; I've watched him jump in. I've blocked J4's dash, I've watched him dash in (looked like around the soldiers.) 3- Sentinel Soldiers ~ They're too antsy! If I have an active soldier up and press recall, the soldier will sometimes stop my recall and aggro on nearby enemies.
4- Dormant Soldiers ~ Sometimes after killing a unit with an auto attack or after using Conquering Sands, soldiers will stagnate. I can RC to move, but if I command an auto, they do nothing and Azir just stares at the target. Only by moving can I 'unlock' everyone. 5- Command Sleep ~ A+click does nothing on Azir. 6- 0 damage attacks ~ Disclaimer, I play at 120 ping but I do not think it's me just-not-seeing-it. Sometimes soldiers go through their attack animation and nothing happens. 7- When Nocturne ults, Azir cannot target his turret. Seems functionally correct but logistically and flavorfully wrong. And on another note: Brambleback and Sentinel have a bad habit of going to 1 HP from otherwise lethal damage. Please investigate, it's clearly leading to some unintended difficulty jungling.

Oh, and... sometimes when I make a soldier and then type /d, the soldier doesn't dance. Just sayin'.
