[Gameplay] Sword of the Divine CD Bug

[Gameplay] Ingenious Hunter does not lower the cooldown of Sword of the Divine

Ingenious Hunter is supposed to lower the cooldowns of all active items, however, with the case of Sword of the Divine, it does not have a reduced cooldown.

1. Get Ingenious Hunter in Nexus Blitz
2. Get Sword of Divine
3. Activate Sword of the Divine to see if Ingenious Hunter is activating properly

I noticed this during my first game and went into a second game that confirmed my theory. As you can see, even though I have 3 stacks of Ingenious Hunter which should grant my active items 30% item cooldown, the CD for Sword of the Divine is still 90 seconds.
