GAME CRASH - ERROR (pls help)

hello summoners I have a problem, when im in game randomly the screen freeze and after few secounds i get this error. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/273291623994097664/431533456636510208/unknown.png

I dont know what is the reason for this errors but they randomly appear and because them i losing a lot of my games... and get restrictions as well.

Please help!

The most anoying bug fro.m RIOT. 3 months passed, no response and the bug is still here.You can't do anything ,maybe try window mode in game so u can exit .
