i have purchased a prepaid 10 USD i didnt check at the time yet i only play at euw can u exchange it for me or another solution ? the fast reponse is needed since its related to an already bought card and the my shop feature

If you're not able to find a resolution to your problems there, you'll need to open a ticket so player support can access your account and help you. Unfortunately, I don't personally have access to accounts.
I'm unsure about exchanging content, as the cards are region locked, but support would know much more.
