Pantheon splash leaked?

So if you go into the store and go to Pantheon he has a different splash but if you open his champ page its normal?! Was it supposed to be updated or is it just a bug?

It's using the Chinese classic splash art for some reason.

Not a leak, just the Chinese art is there and it's been there for awhile.
