[gamemlay] Ignite vision

I was playing a custom game with ashe vs soraka , i had summoners flash and ignite, and when I used ignite, but I got killed. When I spawned and went back to lane, I saw that there was something weird, because I could still see soraka, she had the sign above her head that I could see her cause of my ignite, but it allready stopped working, so I could basically see her whereever she went.
