[Gameplay] Taliyah not rooted by Jhin W

Hi there! I just found this weird bug (idk what could have prevented the W root) on Aram. So here is what happened: Taliyah had the Jhin W mark on her, I successfully hit her with Jhin's W and she even takes the dmg but didn't get rooted. (before you ask, no the mark didn't expire) Also worth noting is that she had the Galio W on herself.

The bug isn't the root; She actually had the root marker for longer than 4 seconds. The most recent damage she recieved was the Janna tornado (0:07 in the video) which was longer than 4 seconds ago.
