Masteries Error

When I try to set up the masteries it keep saying it has error so I cannot have masteries. And even though I see the masteries like 12/18/0 when I get in the game I don't have any masteries. It is a lot different to play game without masteries.. please help me as soon as possible

I am having the same problem except when i sign into my brothers account it doesnt have this issue help plz
