Gangplank still not Purchasable

Pretty much the title. Gangplank's been re-enabled and is free to play, so he can be selected for matches. He doesn't however show up in the shop, and shows up as "unavailable" if you get to his page via the Champion list on your Summoner's Profile. So players that don't already own him, cannot buy him; Which could be an issue if not fixed, since the page for it said you needed to own Gangplank in order to unlock the free skin from the event.

EDIT: Gangplank now shows up in the shop, and is normally purchasable from the Shop's Champion list. He still shows as unavailable if you attempt to purchase him directly from his champion page though for whatever reason.
