Gragas Q

I was just in a game, and at one point my Gragas Q bugged and became unusable for the rest of the game. Relogging and reconnecting did nothing. The game thought that I had a barrel out and was stuck on the tooltip to detonate. However, because there was nothing, there was nothing to detonate. Nothing I could do on my end could fix it. Adding skill points, etc. It was a serious handicap and for quite a bit made the game somewhat unplayable.
