Hextech crafting bug
I got my 3rd key frag and i opened a chest and when i did it froze so i pressed the "Home" button,and when i returned to loot the chest and key was gone and i didn't get any loot? pls rito

This has happened to me before, in my case I thought I didn't get anything because I didn't notice any new skin/champion/ward skin shards, so I submitted a support ticket and it turns out I got an icon. There might be a problem with unboxing icons in the new client, so if you are on the new client check your icons and see if you notice anything new. If not, submit a support ticket and Riot will let you know what you recieved.
