I have not recived Slay Belle Surprise Icon

I played a game with Snowstorm Sivir and I am trying to earn the icon, I already have achieved the SNOWDOWN STYLIN' reward and have not received my icon. I know it is a re-skin or is the same as last years icon.

Correct me if I am wrong but is it true that I have to buy a Snowdown skin this year to earn the icon?

No you do not have to buy a skin. Try searching through all the icons because it doesn't show up as the newest like the other icons.

This icon is the same as last years - as such if you've already got it, you won't receive it again. Sorry for the confusion!
