Katarina Ascension Glitch

I started a game of ascension as Katarina and as soon as the option to teleport was up, I teleported to windmill. However, three enemies also tp-d top and I gave away first blood. Coming back alive, I tried to teleport and noticed that I couldn't do so. The video basically shows me coming back after restarting the client.
