There's a problem with my match history, any way to fix it?

So i'm having this problem where my match history is not showing and it looks like this, also notice how everytime i open a new chat that dialogue appears and i have to delete it. I've tried another account I have and this is not happening, it seems its only happening on this one account. Is there any way to fix this? I tried repairing my client and it didn't work.

Have you tried logging out and back in? I sometimes get various loading errors if I leave the game alone for awhile and come back (usually my profile and store), and it fixes on relog.
