I have problem,when i patched the game, i lunched it ,i loged in and than i couldnt do anything,everything is black and there is some rectangle in corner and in that rectangle it says : ,, Dont show these tips again ,,.There is no play button,there is nothing. PLease help

I have soooo many problems with the LOL client these days they really need to learn how to patch, Blizzard never does this to me.... I have the same problem just an empty client.
