[Gameplay] Tooltip for Skirmisher's Sabre

The tooltip for Skirmisher's Sabre seems to be inconsistent: The base item's description says, "while marked, basic attacks deal true damage over 3 seconds..." which implies from all sources, but the upgraded Sabres (when you add Warrior, Devourer, etc to it) say, "while marked, YOU deal bonus true damage to them on hit..." It's probably a typo, but just wanted to point out the inconsistency since the description for "Challenging Smite" should probably be the same? Thanks!
