Darius Ult Bugged

I decided to play a game in ARAM and I was given the 'champion' Darius. However, I noticed that if I were to use my ultimate to finish off an enemy player/champion, my ultimate would be completely refreshed, allowing me to use it at an instantaneous rate. Yes, before anyone says anything about this event, this was prior to having three ranks placed into his ultimate. This began when I had my ultimate at just the first rank. It could have very well just been the game that I was playing, but I felt that it should be shared just in case. Definitely something that should be looked into. Hope that this was helpful and look forward to hearing a reply about this bug.

You must not read the descriptions of your abilities. You have 20 seconds to use it again with no mana cost upon landing a kill with your ultimate. Then it resumes normal cooldown procedures.
