[In game][Aram] Rumbles electro harpoon ignored target ashe

Wile playing Aram I launched my electro harpoon at ashe when it was going to be the killing strike. she was only half the distance away of my maximum range and the harpoon decided to pass through her like she wasnt there. What was curious was that it animation was intact and showed that the trail left behind by my harpoon cut across her confirming that I didn't miss but no connection was made. There was slight lag for the first three minutes of the game but that subsided 10 minutes prior this bug.
