Leaver for 5 minutes, gained no lp after win???

Loaded into the game, jungling normally made it to level 3 when my internet stops working and my computer crashes. I quickly restart my computer and hop on my phones hot-spot (house internet crashed) and load back in. I play the rest of the game normally, not trolling, trying help my team win . We played smart and managed to snatch a win. End game screen appears and the chat is a little heated, as usual, then I notice LEAVER and +0 LP. I played through 30+ minutes of a ranked PLACEMENT MATCH to get no LP. What are the terms where you become a "leaver". If I get disconnected from a game, is it better to just let the team 4v5? Never written a post before, so you can imagine how disappointed I am. Another satisfied League of legends Summoner...F

I wanted to look at the match history of the game in the client but, the screen never finishes loading. I thought maybe it was just an internet issue so, I checked a previous game and it loaded instantly. I waited around 2 minutes and nothing loaded. I can only view the game on 3rd part sites like; op.gg, where it shows the game as victory.

I mean, if you truly want to contest it, you can always submit a support ticket to Riot...but they've been getting more and more adamant on pushing that connection is player responsibility and what you're dealing with is a part of that. If this is your first time with this sort of issue, you might have a low chance of them granting you the benefit of the doubt and giving you your win, since you did manage to get back into the game and even push forward to a win. But I still highly doubt it.
