Primary and secondary roles bug.

I think that the matchmaking system is prioritising the secondary role over the primary role. Now the reason I think this is because I queued for top as my primary and jungle as my secondary but after getting queued as the jungler 5 out of 6 games I decided that I needed to practice jungle more. Thinking that I would get jungle most of the time since I got it a lot as my secondary role I switched to jungle as my primary and top as my secondary. But then I got queued as top 3 games in a row and after switching them back I started get jungle again. So I think it is bugged and wanted to let y'all know, also if you don't mind testing it out try switching your primary and secondary roles and post the results in the comments.
