Blocked for leaving match or not accepting

Recently was blocked for 15 minutes for leaving que of a match- just the que I needed to check profile and simply clicked the x and went backinto search match and was blocked for 15 mins... some one dodged the match i was for poro king and then this me happen - wtf

Same thing just happened to me. I didn't dodge, someone else did (I'm not in a party). Instead of taking me back to queue I'm on a 15 minute dodge buster. Also Poro King.
